just read in mcn that a guy has won a court cse to enable him to ride his bmw c1 without having to wear a crash helmet :O
i imagine this will mean all c1 or similar type of bike riders will be allowed to ride without them?
i personally wouldnt be seen dead in one...a c1 that is!

I'm sure it was Conger, the accountant chappie who frequents RS got one as a loaner one day. He wasn't very impressed from what I can remember.
The Glasgow police have a few of the little buggers. Apparently the criminals can't run away for laughing at said vehicles and are easily apprehended.
I wouldn't like to ride one without a helmet though. Even with the seat belts, I'd expect there to be a lot of sideways movement of your head, if the thing fell over.
