Anybody tried these. I've seen the ad a couple of times but never followed it up. I know a bloke (PeeTeeEee) who was talking about getting a set of leathers, so he could go on the back of the bike during the summer. He'd need a made to measure pair though. I wondered if these would be the answer.

I used them a few years back, the mrs and I had a pair of trousers made each, good leather and stitching and made to any spec BUT we were not satified with the fitting.

After going down to the shop and having measurements taken and  waiting for delivery which was longer than stated, we tried on the leathers and they were made far to tight, we took them back to the shop to show them the problem.

We had the leathers returned a week or two later but all they had done was let out the seams exsposing stitching marks and the linning was cut and restitched which looked a mess so as you can see I was not happy with that company, and that is a shortn'd version of the bad service we got from them..

By the way the make up was to me as if they measured you and cut out two pieces and just stitched them up together making them realy tight with no give for bending or stretching,MAY BE THEY HAVE LEARNED BY THIER MISTAKES..

All in all not satisfied..

The bloke that they're for, has a bit of bother with one of his legs. He'd need a bit of flexibilty in them. They might not be what he's looking for. I wouldn't like to tell him to go to them, then find out the stuff doesn't work for him.

Thanks for the info Plug.

I was over at his place last night. I think he looks in on occasion but he's not regular.

H (Aitch) took a tumble off the bike. He got blown off the bike on the Forth road bridge. He's got a busted collar bone and some other injury. Not a good injury for a gardener.  :verysad:
