I use Kazaa Lite and get no problems with Zonealarm looking after the shop. I ignore the 'upgrade to Kazaa 2' prompt 'cos I've heard it dumps a load of spyware on you.

Anyone got copies of either Blue Oyster Cult or Lynrd skynrd albums converted to MP3 format? tried my damndest to find their music locally so I can convert it but just get funny looks from the various second hand record dealers I go to, bout the only song I got is FREEbird.

Lynard Skynard and Deep Purple are playing togther later this year. I think its at the Barrowlands in Glasgow. Don't know what other UK venues they'll be playing. I'll ask around for the blue oyster cult stuff.

Why not just download the tracks you want from Kazaa or WinMx? they'll already be in MP3 for you.

Small, and humble tip... wanna know who your computer is talking to? Do this...

Start
Run
Command (.com for some people)

Then type netstat -an

and have a look... watch out for bizarre ip addresses and ports like 212.62.232.12:8080

Then... use your "zone alarm stuff" to block 'em... and then run a virus check if you see something odd.
