hiya,
whats the best way to get rid of very tiny hiarline scartches that appear on petrol tank from jackets rubbing ect.
i have a new gsxr600k4 can they be polished out what would i use for that ???

Do you not have a tank protector?
See here for one
T-cut will get little scratches off though - the coloured stuff is better.

For slightly deeper scratches you could try a rubbing compound found in many car shops in the polish section.

For fine hairline crack's look out for a compuond called G10, If they're a little deeper (but not through the paint) dry G3,
Put some on a damp cloth and rub on the scratch gently, once your done, simply polish up with a clean dry cloth Or a bit of normal polish..
Ive never actyually mopped a bike yet..could be done I suppose!!
