Am about to take my DAS test in a couple of weeks and so have started looking for a 1st bike. Have looked at a GSX600F but found it to be too big and cumberstone. I then saw a Triumph TT600 and thought ' yeah! that the bike for me! ' I have since read some reviews on the bike and are not sure if its a bit lively for a 1st bike. I would therefore greatly appriciate some advice on this from an experienced biker. bowdown.gif

EB, did a review on the TT600. It might be the older version but still worth a read.

verysad.gif Thanks for the advice lads ! Was looking at 2001 model. Read that 2000 model had problems with low revs. Still think its a gorgeous looking bike tho ! Going bike hunting tomorrow and just want to find something sensible AND sexy for a first bike ! Cheers lads beer.gif beer.gif

Hi David,

I've just found your post & was wondering what you decided to do. What were your final thoughts about the TT600? I'm doing the DAS soon and am trying to figure out a first bike. There seem to be some very good deals around on nearly new TT600s but that might be because no-one wants to buy them!

All the best

Graham
