can you tell me the break in speed, is it ok up to 100mph

I'd say no more than 5000 rpm for the first 500 miles - don't let it 'lug' in top, use the gearbox and vary the revs. After that take it up 1000rpm for every 100 miles till you've got a grand on the clock.
