On Sunday 5th September, there is a charity bike run, oranised by the Hedge End Rotary Club to raise money for CLIC (Cancer & Leukemia In Children).
It will start at 10am behind Hedge End Post Office (near Southampton, Hampshire) & is a 30 mile scenic run to Twyford Waterworks.
BBQ & refreshments will be available - all they ask is for a £2 donation to enter.

I'd love to see the scenery at Twyford Waterworks
but the 420mile round trip makes the 30mile run hardly seem worthwhile. 10am start!! I'd have to set off at about 7:00-7:30 to get there for that time Noooo way.

Well we got about 40-50 bikes turn up with some glorious weather, a good time was had by all 
Good stuff. I'm glad there was a good turn out and all in aid of a good cause..
