Hi guys,

Just wondering if anyone on here know anything about the aforementioned bikes? I'm awaiting delivery of it as it's coming from Fareham to Northumberland.

I've done a fair bit of searching on the net and there's a surprisingly small amount of info on what's available for them, and when you look on bits shops they only ever seem to go back to the 2003 model. I understand they can't keep stock for every bike ever, but someone must sell upgrade parts for them..

Anyone got any info or suggestions?

It's a 2002 A1P with 22k on it. Completely standard apart from Micron end can.

Never heard of it! What kind of bike? Is it a grey import?

You can get stuff for most Kwaks from Z-Power - at a price!

The 636 is a (official) version of the ZX6-R with the motor capacity increased to 636 c.c. giving it slightly more power but more of it lower down.

I'd be very surprised if the majority of accessories for the "standard" ZX6-R weren't applicable, but worrh checking with owners groups.

The 636 was the "standard" ZX-6R wink1.gif

Kawasaki just did the cc increase to give it some more useful midrange.

The only change to this was the limited run ZX-6RR which kept to 599cc because of the racing regs.

What sort of bits are you looking for???

Aye it's not an import. It was the 2002 ZX6R, just as previously said they increased the CC to 636 to change the power band.

Not exactly sure what I'm looking for yet. I've only just taken delivery of it tonight after the bairn was in bed, so she got parked up and locked up, lights out.

I'll have a bit play on her first and see what I fancy changing, but I was mainly thinking exhaust and suspension and maybe a steering damper.
