Fed up of crawling on all 4s to get to the nether regions of my ZZR6 I've finally realised its time to buy a bike lift and crawler for my garage.

However, I'm not overly sure what kind of lift to go for: hydraulic lifts are probably easier, but are more expensive; while the manual crank with a rod might require more physical effort but is cheaper. And given I probably won't be using the lift all that often I don't see much point in getting something expensive just to sitting in the garage for weeks or months on end.

Just wondered if anyone has any personal recommendations? I've had a look at a few on the Busters & M&P sites. There's one or two nice ones at around £50 that might do the job, but is there anything I should look for?

Cheers

Pay as much as you can afford and make sure thsat the load range is suitable for your bike. I have seen hydraulic ones on the bay from private sellers who have sold their bikes. usually hardly used and in tip top condition. Be patient and one will come along. fcrossed.gif
