Just got back from the shops and noticed water on my boot.
Upon closer inspection I can see a hole the size of a pin in one of the aluminium tubes exiting the rad.
Any ideas how I can fill it?
in advance.

chewing gum!
I remember seeing somewhere a filler that you can put in to cover small holes....or did I dream it...sorry mate, I will have a look for you!

Thanks Farrow.
In the end I've tried Unibond Epoxy Power Putty.
Just sanded away some paint, then stick it on (just like chewing gum!
).
Will discover tomorrow if it's up to the job.
