sounds like one of those e-mails i get from korea occasionaly.

Thing is mate that i cant figure out what its asking/offering. Do you reckon over in singapore they've got a job lot of unfinished beemer streetfighters and he's offering me the chance to buy one? Crikey, that sounds like its worth looking into....

I Dont belive it, there was me thinking i had an original and i could have just imported one all along.

Seems you get those wherever you advertise online - when I was going to sell the GT I put it on Friday-ads (or one of those) and I got a very similar one.
