I'm looking for a cheapish guitar to learn on. I don't want to lay out too much money too early. Anybody got anything that they might be interested in selling. Probably looking for an acoustic but I've be interested in whatever is going.

I've got one in my mums attic, you'd be more than welcome to it if I could get it - but as she's not talking to me again I doubt I could - sorry.

Does this mean you're gonna bring it to Squires and sing for us? wwww.gif

Wouldn't recommend that. You'd probably be better looking for an acoustic rather than classical guiter, as classical guitars tend to have much wider necks which, unless your trying to play classical music, makes it harder to play/form chords.

I bought one off ebay a while back for about £12... so thats worth a look. Steel strings are nicer, but harder to play... but if your going to learn may as well do it as most guitars are steel strings (especially if you want to play electric at some point)

Something like this would probably do you to start with.

I saw one in the The Works for £19.99. It's not on their website but might be worth a look if you have one near you.

So BD.... when's the album coming out? grin.gif

I was in tonight and picked up a brochure. I've got a Squier electric but I'd still like an acoustic.

I'd never heard of The Works ooh2.gif but there's one reasonably close to me. Some good books there, by the looks of it.
