I flogged my last bike on e bay in a week after having it advertised for 6 months in the local Freeads, Adtrader etc.
I took a huge loss over that 6 months, about a grand, I hated that GSXR 1100 in the end.

it looks good Ravin, & i dont think you could be any more honest in the description.
Not that i'm an expert or anything in these matters, but i cant help thinking if it were anything other than a BMW it might sell quicker, but then, that might just be the appeal of it!-you dont know til you try do you?
good luck M8-i hope it all goes to plan.

Yeh, last of the big spenders, i wonder if he noticed what the reserve is, he might think he is on to a winner... you seen the bidders user name... not you is it DP ?
477 views though, i only put it up at 3am this morning, i think it is more disbelief than interest.

Im with Ace on this one - I think it looks strangely appealing. It could look great with a general finish off and fancy paint job.

It is a nice bike, aside from its starter clutch there is very little wrong with it, i have a couple of plans in the brew pot;
A: If it sells stick a few hundred more and buy an FJ1200, just done some research and there is a world of mods that can be done, mainly performance and running gear, wolf in sheeps clothing... mmmm souds like fun, shame it is not a shafty though.
B: Pick up another Beemer and continue with the planed streetfighter but with out the starter probs, probably up grade to the K11 though.
C: if it dont sell, save up some cash and pay a buddy of mine to fix it for me and finnish it.
Either way i am not to fussed, but i do like the sound of the FJ though, they get rave writeups, would like an RF900 but i would have to save for too long for that.
Watch this space... well i'll probably start a new space... actualy

... mmm new thread brewing....

Yeehhh... 1001 views @ 2.30am. I have also added a no cheque clause to the bottom of the last pic as i have been offered cash to accept a cheque of £4000 in exchange for £100 extra if i forward the change on to an overseas account, there are some realy necky bastards out there
Couldnt add it to the add as i have bids and it wont let me update my add.
