Could be a herniated disc in yer neck, I've got one that shifts every now and again, v painful and stops me turning my head left altogether. Hope it's not cos it sucks.

Na, its buggered from an old injury, had the bones sorted but now need the soft tissue worked on - being done on Wednesday.
