well im in 2 mind wether or not to buy a new screen, ive been looking at upswept (touring?) and double bubble screens just for some more comfort whilst out and about

can someone give me and idea of what its liek to use DB and upswept screens and what the benefits are?

i find my upswept screen pushes air right into my chin making riding a little less comfortable.

this wasn't the case with the double bubble.

both offer more protection than the standard screen

My blade had a double bubble and it did a grand job without looking too tall.

sounds liek the double bubble is best in this situation

It's not just the type of screen, it also depends on the bike and the height of the rider as to which would be best. For instance on thge Daytona apparently many riders found a double bubble caused the same problem which t121anf had with the upswept on his Teapot.

You really need advice from someone with the same or a very similar bike and similar height. Can't help much there myself, being a short arrsed fat git on a Teapot. grin.gif

I'm thinking of a screen for the FXDF but am undecided so this has been interesting.

Further opinions would be a help. hello.gif
