Whilst making enquiries about an mot for the cruiser i came across a dozen r80 bmw's all with betwen 30 to 90 thou kilometers & 2 k 1000 with similar miles.

£1200 each to anyone whoose interested, they are ex Spanish Guardia Civil, have full RT fairings and you can have any colour (as long as its black)
the sirens & lights are not part of the deal....bugger.

they are obviously up in the north east & need registering , but the guy has all the usual paperwork.

Or alternetivly you could buy mine for £650 as an unfinished project, does need a starter clutch but it runs lovely and is all legal.

the starter clutch is the bit inside the engine that the starter motor fits into, requires minor engine strip down to replace the broken/worn bits. I have been quoted £70 for the parts by a bloke in taunton somerset who deals in BMW's.
