what do you think of these lights??
Currently at £42 with 2 days 16 hours to go.....
description says:
"Dual streetfighter lights complete with indicators and mounting brackets, pre wired. These take proper Halogen bulbs so you can at least see where you are going at night , unlike a lot of aftermarket lights. Please check my other auctions, thanks."

on ebay - Streetfighter twin spots

At the moment I have a TZR125cc, not running and a ton of work to do. If the engine works fine, I'm going to need lots of bits, including a light or bracket for current light (am taking all fairing off) and indicator/s (at least one broken one) at some stage.
If I can't get it running, then i'll take it all apart and sell all the parts on ebay, and get another bike. Which I will probably streefight anyways, so lights would still be used.

Main thing is, is it worth this much, and up to what price? And will they work on my tzr??

cheers for any help, suggestions.....

I'm not sure if its a fair price for an auction but it does seem cheaper than you'd pay in a bike shop. You might get an idea of the price from an M&P catalogue.

m&p do some decent ones, for not much more new, but, check out the bulb fitting & if they have a pilot light fitting-not sure but you may need it for an mot?

These are about the best lights around at the moment for streetfighter projects, they have good brightness, look nice and are about the same price as two Bates style head lights. Bates also have very poor illumination.

You can get these lights for about £60/70 new, the indicators are about £15 a pair.

So you are looking at about £75/85 new, decide your limit and stick to it (dont forget the £5 for postage).

These lights will be slightly too wide for your bike but they can easily be made to fit, by the looks of things there are parts missing from the brackets ( the bits that slip over the fork legs) so you may need to buy some of them too (£15).

The indicators are not what i thought they were , i'd say more like £10 pair. I would not pay more than £50/55 for them (including postage)
