I did check out the useful links page for the thread on dl workshop manuals but your bike wasn't listed. I also found that some Canadian bloke posted on a forum in 2005 that he had one - I can find the link for you if you like

Kawazaki do one but its £55 and they wont let me take out any more on my mortgage....

It says EX305 but that was the USA designation I think. Some useful parts diagrams even if no instructions.

(I think the carb info would be different for USA)
