I've had mixed dealings with M&P. Sometimes they can be spot on but others like this they can be real arriss. I've only dealt with Busters once and they've just updated their site but its not working properly so you can't actually order anything on it so make sure you phone them.

I've always had reservations about buying mail order stuff.
Don't know about you guys but i tend to be touchy feely when i buy something.
I like to see it working or checkout the quality of stuff before i part with my hard earned cash.

Bin em dad - they've had their chance. Get yer cash back , there is a reasonable time under law to despatch the goods and the firt time they told you it was posted is the beginnning of that time. I think its usally three to four weeks.

I'd like a quid for every time I've heard this sort of thing about M & P. veryangry.gif

I have had good service from then but then i ordered an exhaust system for the burgundy zed and after twelve weeks i got my money back and bought one from Colchetser motorcycles and it was in in three days.

I know Carnells had a bad reputation for their bike shops but I dealt with them a few time through mail order. Everytime I was given a good deal and had no complaints about the service. cool2.gif

I've never ordered anything mail order from M&P. I used to get the catalogue but I would only use it for checking out the parts before going to the shop to pick them up. Then they closed the place, so I've had no more items from M&P.

M n P sell a lot of gear on ebay now - dunno bout you lot but that strikes me as a little less than what could be expected from a company of this stature.

Davie regarding the top box ,I just looked through all the cats to see what was available at a reasonable cost and saw this one ..Orion..takes to full face helmets with mounting rack thrown in.

I have in the past had GIVI /NONFANGO but thought why pay over the top if this one will do the same job cheaper so Im in a fix realy as no one does the same box to the same standard for a reasonable price,I was realy put out at there attitude and leading me on to believe it was going to be delivered on time so I will see how I feel when I calm down as this is one of my pet hates and I do usualy go for the juggular vain when I know Im in the right.

I will however be looking very carefully into wether I buy from them again..

I was just thinking, that surely if they were going to advertise these in their flyers, they should have kept quite a few in stock. What's the point of advertising something you don't have. wwww.gif

Hope the get their finger out.
