I remember reading about not having to wear a helmet on one of those but I didn't know the law had been passed. I saw a bloke on one yesterday with no helmet. Was he at it or did the C1 get the all clear.

i remember hearing about a bloke in Wales i think that went to court about it-he won his case, but i'm not sure wether that means we can all go out on c1's without helmets.

well i rode the on loan c1 without a helmet (but only on the practise yard) & it didnt feel like a bike anyway-its a scoo, a scoo, feck i cant bring myself to say it, you know one of them twist n go girlie things with little wheels.
you're strapped in with 2 belts so i cant see how a helmet would make much difference in a crash-you cant start it unless the belts are fastened(but its easy to fasten the belts then sit on them)
