I remember reading about not having to wear a helmet on one of those but I didn't know the law had been passed. I saw a bloke on one yesterday with no helmet. Was he at it or did the C1 get the all clear. Oo1.gif

i remember hearing about a bloke in Wales i think that went to court about it-he won his case, but i'm not sure wether that means we can all go out on c1's without helmets.

or if we would want one in the first place wwww.gif

would you feel safe without a helmet though?
Or like a biker for that matter?
devilpaint
well i rode the on loan c1 without a helmet (but only on the practise yard) & it didnt feel like a bike anyway-its a scoo, a scoo, feck i cant bring myself to say it, you know one of them twist n go girlie things with little wheels.
you're strapped in with 2 belts so i cant see how a helmet would make much difference in a crash-you cant start it unless the belts are fastened(but its easy to fasten the belts then sit on them)
