Hi,
Totally new to biking, passed my DAS in London 5 weeks ago and so far have spent 2 weekends on my ZX6R. Still finding my feet and taking it easy but enjoying myself at the same time. Gotta wait until March until I am allowed the bike up in London (small problem of the wife, baby arriving and house sale!). Otherwise its a 300 mile trip to my brother's house to ride the bike.
Got a bit of a basic question.
Is it possible/legal to change the colour of the headlights to say a yellow bulb on a ZX6R, as some bikes/cars have yellow headlighst when on?
Cheers

Welcome Toby, TC is probably the best person to answer this. Especially as it concerns a legal matter but probably light most other things. It may not be legal but the police may turn a blind eye to it unless you're really licking the arris out of it.
MOT's may be your main probably but hopefully TC can give us the legal answer.

Are they actually yellow bulbs though or yellow headlight protectors. In the UK only clear or yellow tint one's are legal. I know philips do a bulb which has more of a yellow glow which they claim is better for driving in fog or rain.
