As a newbie getting a small run around for 1k. Came across a bike called kaiser voto??? Anyone got ideas what is it? any good regarding getting parts? thanks

Never heard of them mate, A quick Google came up with HERE and as they look like a CBR125, old-school CG125 and am XR125 (all Honda makes) I'm assuming they are a Chinese firm who are 'licenced' to make cheap knock offs of established bikes.
The parts are going to be a bitch to get and the general quality is going to be suspicious at best.

For your grand, hit the local pages and get a second hander from an well known brand.

I can't find anything about a "Voto" though.

Stay away Cheap import, parts are hard too find.. cheap as chips. you have been warned.

probably chinese or taiwanese imported rubbish mate, as dead boy said, quality and parts are a nightmare..vaanen has a proper 125 for sale at just over a grand. so check out the for sale section on the forum
