I want to respray my rather shabby looking Givi Top box to match the colour of my bike, is there any special primers needed to make sure the paint adheres properly ? and other than the usual rubbing down and keying prep is there anything else I need to do ?

Also I want to add some artwork to the bike, I have an airbrush but I don't want the paintwork to be totally permanent. so what I had in mind was to use some clear self adhesive vinyl, spray the design onto the vinyl, cut out and attach to the panels like decals so that I can remove them easily when I come to sell the bike. Again what special preperations do I need to make to the vinyl to ensure the acrylic paints adhere well
