is 30000 miles high low or average miles for a thundercat engine?

going through the biketrader some ads say high miles hence price other low miles for thundercat engine at the 30000 mile mark.

i know there are lots of other factors but 2 things id like to know are.
1. how many miles is a thundercat engine good for/ when do things like belts and stuff need changing.
2. is the thundercat a common bike for bieng tracked are there things to look for like tatty wheels with spotless fairing etc.

My thundercat has 38k miles and now I had a problem with the gearbox... but that is all my fault for nailing it hard on second..

Ancient has a thundercat with almost 80K miles and the problem he had was with the swingarm starting to rotten.. but he also rides all year and where it started to rust is on a place where you can´t see or get to without removing..

Things you should look out..

downpipes, if the bike has been riden through the winter they might get rusty and have holes...so look well underneath the bike, where it goes from 4 into 2

Brake calipers...again, they tend to seize if not cleaned after a winter on the roads..
