Desperately required! Honda workshop book (having problems spelling manual) for CBX 750. Am not looking for kiddies Haynes type thingy! Saw one on Ebay going for silly money. Willing to even borrow, scan, and return (for a small fee of course!) Any help appreciated.

sorry mate the only manual i have is a crappy haynes one and is totally different to yours, the guy i know who has a CBX shouldn't be trusted with tools, so i know for a fact he doesn't have a manual, a beano 1967 maybe Oo1.gif
what is it you need to know? theres a local guy who does all the sevicing around these parts,he does service the forementioned CBX, and he has had the engine apart so he must get his info from somewhere.
so if you need help i'll gladly ask for you, as far as i know he doen't own a pc, but i'm sure if you need to talk to him direct he will no problem grin.gif
word of warning he could talk for england.....and win!! rolleyes.gif

Thanks woodz, Haven't got into a diabolical mess as yet swivel.gif Sort of vearing on the side of caution, see'in as if I lob it down the back garden type of thing, will probably never find it again, the bike that is - really do need to cut the grass come 3 feet high hedge! Need to do a complete strip down - check the chassis and work up from there. Usual story, bought the bike for pennies, an now I've got to find the faults, once I'm happy the miss'es gets to go for a blast. Already checked some parts of chassis an welding is required, so need to go back to absolute basics.

Will keep the beano guy in mind though! When I'm about ready to re-install engine into frame. Ima already gave me a site with some specs on it (bowdown.gif Ima). However, starting with the frame, an' total rebuild need to know jig dimensions (no signs of crash damage) but out with the vernier, slide rule (Any computer whiz's want to debate this point?) Once, many's a year ago I rebuilt a bike, sprayed it looked the bollocks, but unfortunately became a death trap over 30 mph, frame was twisted. Hence a request for Honda workshop type of stuff today!

Major project is about to commence!

Don't you just love it??????????????
