Well not really but it bloody well feels like it!

To enlighten, i dropped the forks out and found that the nearside had no damping at all and the right wasnt much better. the tyre was also shot with pronounced 'v' profile ( which would explain it plummeting into turns and yanking the bars as if trying to tuck in). This was all prompted by my feeling that it was getting worse and deciding to do summat about it instead of ignoring things as usual.

So got new oil and seals in the forks after having them stripped and checked. Fitted a new bridgestone and christ is it different!
The steering feels so light and the bike now rolls into and out of turns like a proper bike should. Its like a fecking rolls royce now and made me realises how much i was taking the piss by riding it like it was!

Isn't it amazing what a little maintenance can do?
Which reminds me the gs forks are leaking, AGAIN, i'm gonna try some of those bomb proof seals from M&P this time that should sort it.. eyebrow.gif

Try re-chroming the fork legs Ima, but you know you need a proper sized bike
