JTS in Coalville.

I saw their advert in MCN, and visited the website, they do sizes that fit the extra skinny (like me)! eyebrow.gif And since Ive had a few probs getting gear to fit me, I wondered if anyone had any experience with their range of gear? The prices are right and the size range would fit a Yokozuna!

I do intend going over there and try some stuff on soon, but still would be interested to have any info on the quality of their gear.

Bought a jacket second hand, that had their label in it. I had it a few years then sold it on Ebay. The new owner says he's chuffed.
I also bought a pair of boots from them....wore them practically every day & they lasted years. Was cheaper to buy a new pair than to have them re-soled.

Yes...I'd buy from them.

Well theres a positive, Ta Hammer!
I like to hear personal reports as things can look good quality in the shop, but wear badly.

I have bought two pairs of trousers and a jacket off them and been well satisfied. They are excellent to talk to over the phone and go out of their way to help.

Only JTS gear I've ever had, is a one piece waterproof suit.

Wore it in anger for the first time to day (real bloody downpour) for the 2½ mile back to work, at lunchtime.

Legs, arms, shoulders etc perfectly dry.

The only 'fly in the ointment' was the less than pleasurable sensation of some one gently pouring ice cold water over my genitals! cry.gif

Sounds the same with any waterproofs.

You'd have thought they could have made a decent crutch panel to stop getting the dreaded damp-parts! ooh2.gif

laughcont.gif laughcont.gif Well, Ive luckilly never experiened the ice-cold watter over the genitals thing E&B!

Ive just been over there and got sorted with a set of leathers that fit great and are fully CE armoured for £259! grin.gif and it would have been even cheaper but for the fact im a fat git and theres a surcharge on very big sizes!
