Well we're back from Carnaby, and burnt to a crisp.
The circuit wasn't quite what we were expecting with only about three vantage points where you can actually see what's going on.
The track itself is part of an army base which the auto 66 club borrows for race meets so there's a lot of cones marking out the course which makes it confusing for spectators and riders alike.

best race for me had to be the 400/600 rookie class with most riders seeming to be "on a mission" plenty of fairing bashing and balls out sprinting to be had with the odd, whoops down he goes thrown in for good measure.

Also on the programme was scooter racing, with just about everything from race tuned lambrettas to bog standard hyosungs being run, very entertaining stuff, and hats off to the guys who do it. I wouldn't!!

All in all a great, safe, day out and at £7.00 each, kids in for nowt you can't go wrong

At £7, you can't complain. buttrock.gif Feck, you're not far off paying that into the cinema for 1 1/2 hours entertainment.

£7.00 gets you in for the day.
24 races 3 rounds of 8, a damn fine days entertainment IMHO.
just make sure you take some pack up as the food at these gigs is well expensive.
