Well I've known about it for years and been there once but I went yesterday to have a look. Bikes galore! There's an almost constant flow of bikes coming in and leaving Ryka's Cafe all day. I saw Scooters, Sports bikes, Cruisers, Old, New, Custom, Regular and everything in between.
Everyone there seems to have a lot of respect for others once you start chatting to them and they realise you're not a twonk (example:- I was admiring a very very nice Honda VTX1800 and the owner started chatting to me in a slightly irritated way. He asked what I ride so I told him and explained that I'm doing my D.A. soon and going for something a little bigger. The second he realised I wasn't a maniac who's going straight in for an R1 he chilled and we had laugh chatting etc)
Anyway I digress...
Ryka's cafe, Boxhill (near Dorking, Surrey on the A24) - Loads of cool people, great nikes and 5 mins from my house. Sunday's the day people! :buttrock:

Well next time you go, tell them they should be wearing the proper protective footwear will you?

I went there a couple of years ago when our club (based on the south coast) did a day run to Brooklands.
TBH, I was a bit disappointed, the day I was there it was mostly sports bikes and it didn't seem as good as our regular Tuesday nights on Poole Quay where we got all sorts - but now the Quay seems to have gone all plastic fantastic and doesn't attract me so much as I like all the old/different bikes too!

I'd say on Sunday it was 70% Sports, 20% Cruisers and 10% everything else. Saying that though the 20% Cruisers are very finely tuned and geared up machines. I like Sports but I was still lovin' them cruisers!
