well as you all know by now im gonna have loads of spare time on my hands for awhile..and come the end of the month if the house sale goes to plan, then im gonna be looking to upgrade my bike( note i didnt use the word new) My little 600 is way past her best and to do the miles i want to do in comfort then i need some advice on what to choose next..
I've had some test rides....a busa...and a blade...(came close to buying it)
I want to go to at least to a litre bike....and as i like my Kawasakis...not to mention my comfort...i was thinking of the ZZR1100..now i know its not everyones cuppa..and im sure that there will probably be better sports/tourers out there
so any info for my desired choice of bike would be very helpfull....and so would info on any of the other sports/tourers out there

I did think about the Triumph mate...but to be honest...their not really my kind of bike...sorry mate dont mean to sound pompous...but you know how some bikes just kinda ring your bell...well the triumph doesnt quit do it for me...and i think that they are way over priced

I've heard the Super Blackbird is reeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaallllllly good for what you want.
Excellent on the comfort side and really easy to ride for such a big beastie. You'd need to see about size mind you. lbhh.gif

Don't buy a Blackbird if you are a short arris like me. I only kept mine for a month as the pain in my wrists and lower back was too much.

Plus i also like my licence!!!!!!

What about a ZX10.....bbbeeeeeuuuutttiiifffuuulllllllll

Get the zz11 mate, I love mine, Pulls like a fecking train it does, it'll pootle around town happily at 30, wind the throttle on, and i guarantee you'll run out of pants before it runs out of steam. hearts.gif

Thats a good point there lins.....i forgot about the seat height issue....though most bikes seat heights can be over come with a little forward planning when coming to a halt...
though i could do what you have done and turn any bike into a something with the ground clearance of a snake lbhh.gif

I know that DP and ima both ride zzr1100........so i'll have a word with both of them.....DP i got you pm...cant call at the mo...but maybe over the weekend if thats ok?

Not just the seat height. As you know Kwaks are pretty much out for me as I've got short arms. Like wot StevePJ said.... wrist pain!!
And don't forget the seat width, it can make a heckuva difference.

Happy huntin..
