While out on the bannana I was following a chap who was riding  a R1, as we turned a right hander the R1 was about 150 mtrs in front of me when he suddenly found himself on the floor.

They had been throwing grit over tar and not swept it up or left a pile in the road with no warnings anywhere  regarding resurfaceing.

The lad was ok only his pride was dented but his RH/ panel was shot and can was marked badly.

Regarding the law I think they have a waver or some thing to that effect that exempts them from being sued? but surely with no warnings about they must be  liable..

The law is surely wrong when this poor guy was doing nothing wrong at all, he was even riding very well and paying attention and thats why I was able to aviod the grit  as he was the warning for me so he saved me from the same fate..
