does neone know whether the new rules for ppl hu have passed their restricted licence test and are allowed 33 bhp gone up to more than 2 years b4 they can take them off. also ive heard that on ur provisional licence u hav to have a 125 for 2 years before u can take ur full test.
if this is the case why do they have direct access so that ppl can go straight onto a mahoosive bike and kill themselves.

You need a CBT before you ride a bike/take your test (restricted or otherwise)

DAS you can do straight after 21 years of age and ride whatever you like, even if you have never riden a bike before

Restricted license you can do before you are 21 and you have to ride for 2 years restricted to 33bhp...any size of bike, just needs restricting to 33bhp

CBT...you can ride up to 125cc and you have to take the test every year
