Find my fazer does all that is asked of it apart from sticking to speed limits, just can't keep off it, 4775 miles since april lets you know how much i like it. New shape has better lights but less bhp. Used every day and so far not longing for howt else. Don't do pillion but erd peg position is high if your lass is a 5ft 10 leggy blond. Cheers MAlly

The lustrous Hilts swears by his Fazer 6... and it certainly gets the best write up of the many as far as I can tell as a cracking all rounder...

Shames it's so damn ugly, although for some that's the appeal....

detracts from their visual impact I guess laughcont.gif

Yes 'e fecking does have an 02 Fazer, but it's not exactly set to stun at the mo.

And I do swear as well - oi stands next to it and says 'when the feck am I ever gonna get time to ride you me beauty'. Although it is a bit WEIRD looking from the front, sort of insect-like I suppose, nevertheless a darn good bike and a bladdy good decision on my part if I do say so. I look forward to my customers saying 'please come and see me' (an increasingly rare event), so I can ride it.

Can't thing of any problems, except that although it's capable of a bit of touring, having a half-fairing 'an all, it is still a bit buffety up there (riding position is fairly upright as you found...) There is a touring screen but 'aint tried it.

Brakes are just superb. Stops and goes, as they say..

Though I keep thinking about trying something else... Maybe something in red  :eyebrow:

I should add that buffeting starts well in excess of the 'recommended' speeds for roads with a central reservation... :wink1.gif:

Check this  for an owners point of view.  No mention of chinky birds but a real worl think on the fazer question.
thundercat was a top bike with no complaints so i dont see why the fazer wouldnt be.

Course,

you could get all manly,

and buy a ZZR!
