Any chance of explaining the tyre one a bit better. The site showed pics of tyres and said that only 75% needed to have tread, if I remember correctly. But it showed a diag of a tyre with tread on the middle and left side. DOes that mean a roundabout surfing power ranger, could wear away almost all the tread on the right side of his tyre and still be legal. :O
