can any one give me some good tipe and info. i have just passed my cbt training and looking to buy a 125cc bike but cant afford more then £400 for the bike i have seen a bike for £375 stonle and recoverd /damged with all the new parts to replace to bad ones
i'm willing to do the work on it my self to get it on the road. just need some advice on buying bikes like this and also wot i can get for my money im down in devon

Try a Cg125 there have the honda reliablity and are so easy to work on, parts are cheap and you can pick one up for a couple or hundred quid

they are geting harder to find down here in plymouth uk

get any little bike that runs and has a full years mot on it
with any luck you'll be looking for a bigger bike by then anyway. that's what i did with my gf- found a gp100 for £300- it's not very good looking but it goes and she wants to graduate to a bigger bike as soon as she can anyway.

Find your local Auction venue, Older CGs sometimes find their way through them.
Worth Holding out for a CG.

Could always try police auctions, you can get good clobber from them but they are a bit tricky to come by!
