Is Castrol 4 stroke semi syn oil alright for yamaha sr 125?

My boyfriend's got exactly the same bike as you! Not that that helps you at all as I don't know about the oil. His user name is incompletepete if you wanna ask him, he may know though he's only had it about a month, it's worth a shot!

Check the manual bud, i use the castrol 4 on my Yamaha Thundercat, but i'd check the book just to be sure.

heh I dont have yamaha, my wife does guess it is going to me who changes the oil anyway
