Ive had 8 posts on here, been registered about 2 hours, and already im feeling better about my riding. It may sound daft but reading posts from other learners, and from people who are having/have had the same problems as me is doing my confidence the world of good. Im starting to see that im not the only person who does things wrong, not the only person whos ever failed a test - and im already picking up some valubal tips off the experianced posters.

Hey, us old f*rt`s wernt born able to ride a bike (and some of us like me aint to good now) but if you are prepard to listen and then judge which of the advise on offer is for you, you can get real benifit from others experiance. This is what makes old bikers, the ones who ignore all advise either get fed up trying (if they are lucky) or crash and put themselves of for good. Now I am not saying that you will never have an accident, but armed with others advice and your own experiance you can certainly limit the damage. Hi, yea it seems like a great place, and don't worry I had the same problems as you going from an automatic to a geared bike, i had this habbit of not pulling the clutch in when i stopped or pulling it in to stop. Now I just look back and laugh and I'm sure you will too.

This place has all the answers and from caring experienced folk that don't mind answering the same questions time and time again if it will help...I don't think I've seen a post that wasn't answered to that didn't answer the question
