I still owe my brother £2200 for the XJR, i was due my insurance payout about now that was to fund the purchase. My brother has been very patient but the insurance company are being arrisy about the final figure and my solicitor is now starting procedings against them.
He needs the dosh by the 10th of Jan but my solicitor says it could be another 6 months before it is settled.
So takeing into account the time of year and how slow the market is i may have to start advertising her soon. She will be going up for £2895, i am not in a hurry to sell her and dont want to lose money either but i have to at least try.
I will (if she sells) be replacing her with the same as soon as my payout settles.
