Well its nice to be back even if the weather is crap after 40 deg in the shade beer 35p a bottle petrol 30p a litre and a million smiles from the locals free.

Well I DID NOT HIRE A BIKE!!!!!!!!!!!! after seeing more gravel rashes and broken limbs from Idiots who can hire a bike with NO riding exsperience and a provisional licence (as thai law is a little laxed) we decided to hire a 4x4 and tour the Island.

Four or even five people on a honda 110cc step through is enough to put you of biking for life, but the locals dont have the casualties as europeans have co's the are brain dead and as mad as march hares with their hemeroids on fire, the over take on any side of you, do a 180 degree turn with NO thought at all to anything or anyone, wear NO protective clothing or helmets.

BUT did we enjoy IT?? WE have got a better tan than a tin of brown polish, a lighter wallet due to the excess weight of the Mrs wiv er gold chains n'rings, and clothes that I had to pay the air line for over weight.

So we booked again for next year to day, a beach bungerlow 20 metres of the waters edge, air con/balcony (cos its on stilts)
would you beleive it, ITS called THE SECRET GARDEN and its outer this world, we found the place while touring around the place..

Can't wait for next year.....

Well re:Sars..You would not believe the asians ways of thinking????

They done there masks on the plane sit there  looking like zoro gone mad, THEN remove the mask for a drink breathing in the air that Could carry the sars virus then put the mask back on.

The same thing happens when dinner or lunch is served but the mask is off for alot longer breathing in any contaminated air before refitting the mask of zoro.

there a funny lot realy??? but the Thai's are a great fun loving people and very friendly maybe thats why they call it the LAND of SMILES we can't wait to get back next year..
