Just in case you are free and would like to participate.



* in case you want to see London after or come early and want a tea.gif or need a place to leave your jacket, helmet etc,,,, PM me,,,,

My work place is in Kensington _ central London and you can leave your things with me.
There are also a Bike bay nearby and free parking right in front after 1.30pm

We would now like you to take part in the Second Annual KillSpills Rally
which on the 10th September 2005
, again from the Ace Café to the Palace of
Westminster. The roads will again be closed by the Metropolitan Police to
allow you an uninterrupted ride to Westminster. A brief itinerary of the day
is outlined below:

11.00 Rally riders officially arrive
12.00 KillSpills Award Presentation and address to rally riders &
Police briefing to Rally Riders and marshals
12.25 to 13.00 Rally lines up outside Ace Cafe London
13.00 Rally sets off for Westminster
13.40 to 14.10 Rally arrives at Westminster
15.00 Rally heads back to Ace Cafe London
16.00 to Late Free Post Rally Party at the Ace Cafe London

This year the ride will also be met by several MPs

Visit killspills to find the latest campaign information and be
part of an even bigger rally this year.

We might manage it...we are going to the proms in the park at 3 so it would be ideal. Never done such an event before.

We stopped parts of Central London...


don't know how many bikes,,,, but it was as far as the eye could see....


I don't think I ever saw so many bikes in London... buttrock.gif

A big thank you to everyone who did come out in spite of the rain. The police (conservatively) extimated 2500. We were only expecting around 1500 so that was a very welcome surprise. I hope those who did come enjoyed the day!

That's the way to do it, bikers in Portugal achieved lot's of things doing stuff like that.
