Scratch that, three cheers for Plod, they found it on the local council estate.

Well the honda CB250N sauperdream i posted about has not been found.
My dad has a BT125cc bike now, but some sh*t bags tried to steal that, they nearly got 2 germans shepeherd on them.
They took off and they tried to snap off the steering lock from the bike. They also pulled off the rubber from the handlebar, but dropped it over the other side of our gate.
This is the third time this has happened now, really gettin on my nerves.
Now though, he has really chained up the bike, padlocked the gate so if they get in again, they will be introduced to 2 annoyed german shepherds.
Why aren't we allowed anything these days?

My son owned a red Ducati Monster 600 until I got up this morning! Someone had stolen it from our driveway right outside our front door.
Could you (if at all possible) circulate that a Red Ducati Monster reg no N251 HGH was stolen from our home in Norwich between the hours of 10pm Saturday 27th Sept 2008 and 9.30am Sunday 28th Sept.
Anyone who sees it could they contact the police and myself -

A mate of mine lost his TL1000R in Bristol last night.
Metallic Black with Silver and Yellow. Beowulf Cans. Wavy Discs. Inbody Rear Indicators and Hidden Power Commander Switch? (dunno what that last bit is)
Any info greatfully appreciated.

In Aberdeen (and no doubt other places) they have organised gangs that scope out bikes and watch them and then get the neds (chavs)/ in vans to take them (I'm guessing they'll sort a van when it's a more valuable bike).
In the same night they took a friends VFR 400 and also tried to get my blokes TRX 850 but the steering lock was too strong for them to break and they gave up on that one. They managed to smash the VFR screen and mudguard when they took that one.
Both bikes are with their owners now but damaged.
You really need solid security ie big chain to a lamp post in most of these cities! I was paranoid every night when I had a bike parked on the street.
I like having a garage.

I kind of wanted my first post to be some sort of lyrical master piece, setting forth a smooth and long lived entry into the UK Bike Forum. Alas, that's not to be as I've got to report a stolen GSXR1000 K6 from the Shepherds Bush area of London.
Any London riders who may happen to see it/have seen it, please follow them, hunt them down, do what you need to do, wipe your hands clean and then give me a shout.

Make: Suzuki GSXR1000 K6 Black
Stolen: 15/04/2009 between 0:00 and 7:00
Fat chance, it'll be in a van half way across the channel by now. Probably on it's way to the Middle East.

Must have gone into the back of a van so lets see how good hastings really are, she was pretty much mint but the rear fairing monts are snapped on the lhs and the bar across the subframe is bent where a customer reversed into it two weeks ago
Really not happy and no idea how to get to work now!
Also looks like wnf is cancelled for me again this year

Update: It was found today and is now impounded at customs... in Lithuania! 
Red honda cg125 GP05 NPO, has slight scuff marks on the chrome headlamp rhs and right wing mirror. Givi box and evidence of rust on the rear suspension. Taxed till end july. One of the handle bars has very small white paint marks at the end.
I highly doubt i will ever see it again but just in case.

It was taken from the Brislington area of Bristol between the hours of 2100/2300 on thursday 1/9/05.
