Took a trip down the A606 today for thre first time on a bigger bike, and it's so much more fun and it's deffinately on my list for one of my fave roads, depending on what mood Im in like, it isn't very technical but it just rolls on with a few suprise bends and twists, good for practicing your overtaking on too as there are loads of tractors and slow moving farm vehicles and watch out for mud near farm entrances i usually move out towards the middle of the road if the way is clear.

Carry on through Melton and take the B676 to Colsterworth, cross the A1 and take the A151 to Bourne, then A6121 to Stamford and back along the 606 though Oakham - it's one of Fasty's 'Top Tootles'

Yep!! Thats right because I live in Grantham therefore I have done that several times... despite the fact not having a bike

I've got one now and all I can say is this road is great... another good route is from Grantham get on the A607 to Sleaford then catch the road to Bourne and then to Melton...

Last saturday after seeing Rossi loosing it I decided was going for a blast the first time for a couple of weeks since I've been quite busy lately... told the missus I would be back in an hour or só because she wanted to go shopping...

Ended up coming home 3 hours later all because of that lovely road... A607 all the way from Melton to Lincoln.
